This program is a transformative 68-hour journey , featuring 10 days of in-person teaching (split into two 5-day sessions in Paris and Lacanau Océan) and 4 online supervision sessions. The curriculum is built around four essential pillars:

• Practicing unlearning to transform one's leadership posture.
  Living the group as a space for collective intelligence and learning.
  Learning leadership through Art (movement, visual arts, writing).
  Developing ecological and systemic leadership.
